Sales Engineer - Rajasthan

<p><strong>Role Objective:</strong></p><p>To strengthen market presence and drive sales of Ring Main Units (RMUs) and Compact<br>Substations (CSS) across Rajasthan, India by building client relationships, offering technical-commercial<br>solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities;</strong></p><p><strong>Business Development:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities with utilities, EPC contractors, industrial clients, and infrastructure projects across Rajasthan, UP, Haryana.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.</li></ul><p><strong>Sales Execution:</strong></p><ul><li>Achieve sales targets for RMU and CSS products in the Rajasthan territory.</li><li>Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Support:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide pre-sales technical assistance to customers, ensuring product suitability.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering teams for customized solutions.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients<strong>.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Market Intelligence:</strong></p><ul><li>Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends in Rajasthan.</li><li>Share insights with product management for continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Coordination:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Support after-sales service and resolve client issues promptly.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong><br>B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related field.</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>3-6 years of experience in sales of electrical switchgear, RMU, CSS, or related power distribution<br>equipment.</li><li>Prior exposure to utility projects, industrial clients, or EPC contracts in Rajasthan is desirable.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong technical knowledge of medium-voltage switchgear and substations.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and achieve targets.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tendering processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Growth Opportunities</strong></p><ul><li>Exposure to major utility and infrastructure projects in Rajasthan.</li><li>Career progression into Regional Sales Manager or Product Specialist roles.</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to smart grid and renewable energy integration projects.</li></ul>
