Alaska Roustabouts – 14/14 or 21/21 Rotations – Camp & Travel Provided
Nabors is hiring Roustabouts for rotational rig work in Alaska, supporting drilling operations in extreme Arctic environments. This physically demanding position includes rig-up/rig-down, heavy material handling, equipment cleaning, and support to drill crews. With 14/14 or 21/21 schedules, employees live in remote camp conditions and must work safely in snow, ice, and sub-zero temperatures.

What you’ll need:
- 0–2 years of roustabout or rig labor experience
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Pass drug screen, physical, and background check
- Reliable transportation to crew change point
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in PPE, and endure harsh weather
- Valid unrestricted, Real ID–compliant driver’s license (preferred)
- Comfortable living in close quarters on a remote rotation
