We’re only just getting started.</p></div><p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">The Opportunity</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p>Cala Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist (Contractor) to join our growing team. This individual will act as a professional representative of our organization. We are seeking a positive, highly motivated specialist to join our team remotely. In this position, employees will be responsible for reviewing documentation for medical necessity and submission of said documentation. This is a remote role that will report to the Director, Revenue Cycle Management.</p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The compensation range for this role is market driven, with an hourly range of $31 to $50 per hour. </span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{}">Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Cala will not sponsor applicants for work visas.</span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">The Opportunity: A Day in the Life</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Answer all questions from any client, insurances, or patient professionally and knowledgeably.</li> <li>Note all communications expediently.</li> <li>Review patient documentation for accuracy and qualification.</li> <li>Approve and create sales orders for shipments. Review Sales Orders for accuracy.</li> <li>Manage shipments by sending sales orders to ship when ready for delivery.</li> <li>Review Sales orders for accuracy after shipment is completed. Create claim and/or invoice by confirming sales order.</li> <li>Bill Claims and/or invoices by electronic, paper, or charging credit card.</li> <li>Monitor Patient billing module. Update information as needed.</li> <li>Communicate and work with clients and cross-functional departments to identify potential risks and solutions for performance improvement.</li> <li>Review Sales order reports. Complete reports as needed by Manager.</li> <li>Support new and emerging business models.</li> <li>Support company goals, objectives, and policies and procedures.</li> <li>Perform any other duties, as assigned, when necessary for productivity of the Claims Department.</li> </ul> <p><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications, Skills and Experience</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business or Finance preferred; high school or GED equivalent required</li> <li>3+ years of DME accounts receivable billing experience required (Medicare desired)</li> <li>Brightree and Salesforce Software knowledge strongly preferred</li> <li>Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft and Google products required</li> <li>Self-starter who takes initiative to overcome challenges and problem solve</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Must be detail oriented and able to plan, organize and complete tasks in a timely manner</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and work independently</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Cala Health believes our success is based on diversity of people, teams and thinking.
