Position Overview:
We’re seeking experienced sales representatives who can confidently work the phones from home. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to close donations while working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls from a dialer
  • Deliver clear, persuasive pitches to inspire donations
  • Handle objections confidently and close donations over the phone
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
  • Maintain professionalism while working at home

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (telemarketing, phone sales, or related required)
  • Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace at home
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Positive, goal-driven attitude and resilience when handling “no’s”
  • Must currently reside in Ohio, Michigan, Arizona, or Minnesota to be considered
