Passion Home Health Services is seeking a responsive and detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Support Agent to provide real-time assistance to clients, families, and prospective patients through online chat platforms. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and timely communication in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to client and visitor inquiries via live chat
Provide accurate information about services, scheduling, and general policies
Assist with basic intake questions and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
Document chat interactions accurately in internal systems
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications
Escalate urgent concerns or clinical questions to supervisors or nursing staff
Follow company confidentiality policies and HIPAA guidelines
Meet response time and quality performance standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service, online support, or healthcare support preferred
Excellent written communication skills and grammar
Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
