AG Law Firm based in New Brunswick, New Jersey is looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking Immigration Attorney with 5+ years of family-based, deportation defense, and humanitarian relief experience to join a firm where attitude, character, personality, and integrity matter.

- Salary Range + Bonus : $115,000 to $155,000 yearly, depending on experience and demonstrated value, plus quarterly bonus structure based on hitting KPIs.
- Growth + Professional Development : Growth and leadership opportunities are available as well as non-equity partnership. You’ll work closely with the owner/managing attorney who encourages professional development.
- Work Location : 100% remote role in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, or Maryland. The Attorney must be able to attend any in-person court dates in Newark, New Jersey or appearances at the USCIS office in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and should be located within a reasonable travel distance of these locations.
- Language/J.D./Bar Admission : Fluency/professional proficiency in Spanish is required. Seeking candidates with a J.D. who are licensed to practice in any U.S. state with a preference for New Jersey admission.

- Start Date : ASAP.
- The Day-to-Day : Manage 200-250 cases with the help of a dedicated team. Manage a wide range of immigration applications and relief, including asylum, VAWA, U visas, T visas, family petitions, waivers, IV consular processing, and adjustment of status, as well as appeals and federal litigation. You’ll represent clients in immigration court proceedings and interviews before EOIR and USCIS, and communicate effectively with clients to guide them through complex immigration processes.
