REMOTE Human Resources Manager

This position is fully remote and offers an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives and support our growing workforce.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.</li><li>Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process.</li><li>Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.</li><li>Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.</li><li>Handle employee grievances and mediate conflict resolution when necessary.</li><li>Maintain and update HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.</li><li>Excellent organisational and time management abilities.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul><li>Experience in the tech industry.</li><li>Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with HR software and systems.</li></ul></div> Salary: 140000 - 250000 USD Per annum
