Remote, Contract-based Arbitration Attorney Opportunity - 10+ Hours/Week

<p>Welcome to The Freelance Firm!<br></p> <p>We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.<br></p> <p>Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated <b>Consumer Protection / Class Action Litigation Attorney</b>.<br></p> <p>Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately <b>10+ hours per week</b>.<br></p> <h3><b>Attorney Responsibilities:</b><br></h3> <ul> <li>Provide support on breach of contract, consumer protection, class action, and mass tort matters<br></li> <li>Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation-related documents<br></li> <li>Prepare for and attend depositions and arbitrations<br></li> <li>Assist with case management and litigation strategy<br></li> <li>Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda<br></li> <li>Support attorneys with ongoing litigation matters and deadlines<br></li> <li>Manage multiple active files and ensure efficient case progression<br></li> </ul> <h3><b>Attorney Requirements:</b><br></h3> <ul> <li>Minimum of five years licensed and in good standing to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction<br></li> <li>Strong experience in breach of contract, consumer protection, class action, and/or mass tort litigation (plaintiff or defense background acceptable)<br></li> <li>Extensive deposition and arbitration experience, including preparation and coverage<br></li> <li>Strong drafting and organizational skills<br></li> <li>Ability to manage and support multiple matters efficiently<br></li> <li>Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines<br></li> <li>Self-starter who can work independently<br></li> </ul> <p>Our Attorney pay rate starts at $115/hr - final compensation formula will include arbitration results.<br></p> <p>We welcome you to join our established network of legal professionals!<br></p> <p>Please respond with your resume and we will contact you in the next two days for a 30-minute online meeting to answer all of your questions about this opportunity and The Freelance Firm.<br></p> <p>Resume submissions will be kept in strict confidence.<br></p> <p>Please visit our website at www.thefreelancefirm.comto learn more about us and the services we provide!<br></p><br><br>
