[Remote] Claims System Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LIBERTY Dental Plan is seeking a Claims Systems Coordinator to support claims and utilization management operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring system configuration accuracy and effective collaboration across various teams, while offering the opportunity to deepen impact and expand system and project coordination experience.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, track, and complete claim‑ and system‑related projects
  • Analyze and process complex UM and claim scenarios
  • Assist with benefit implementation and system configuration
  • Support research projects and new business implementation as needed
  • Partner with management to create, update, and maintain department policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with UM and Claims teams to identify and create system code rules
  • Audit and test existing code rules and recommend improvements
  • Audit and test new and existing benefit setups related to UM and claim adjudication

Skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2–4 years of experience in PPO and HMO claim processing, billing, or auditing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced analytical skills, including data review and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree
