[Remote] Account Analytics Analyst, Skin

The Account Analytics Analyst role focuses on leveraging data and analytics to support account decision-making and identify opportunities for customer success.


Responsibilities

  • Understand how to utilize available data, platforms, (e.g., SiSa) and reporting dashboards
  • Understand account strategy, brand visions, and category priorities to inform broader analyses to unlock customer success
  • Analyze data and surface recommendations around consumer trends, product sales performance, online vs. offline performance, etc. to inform sales strategies
  • Support customer conversation (e.g., GTM planning, quarterly retailer top to tops) with data-driven insights
  • Line reviews – supports line review prep and execution
  • Bi-annual account reviews – supports review preparation
  • Field forecast refreshes – supports monthly forecast refresh
  • Account management – key customer focus areas / concerns to ensure sales analytics team has appropriate customer context
  • Central data – supports data and dashboard requests to enable prioritized account analyses
  • Account management – account analytics share key insights and opportunities to support broader decision-making
  • Central data – Account analytics partners closely with central data to identify key KPIs to track and requirements for reporting dashboards

Skills

  • 0-3 years in a strategy or analytics-focused role, working on projects that have enabled building strong quantitative skills and business judgment
  • Track record of delivering business results by driving insights, building and executing sound, data driven strategies
  • Ecommerce experience (experience working with Amazon is ideal, but not required)
  • Strong understanding of the Digital Media and Beauty Industry
  • Communicates clearly and succinctly in both oral and written forms
  • Skilled at executing within tight timeframes with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly organized with proven multi-tasking ability
  • High proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint programs and the ability to create high impact presentations
  • Proactive and results oriented thinker who would flourish in an entrepreneurial environment where new ideas are championed
