The RSM will work closely with Independent Sales Representatives to develop and implement strategies to expand market share, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue goals. This role requires strong leadership, sales experience, and the ability to manage a team of independent agents to maximize sales efforts.</span></p> <p> </p> black;">Qualifications:</span></strong></p> <p style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="color: black;"><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span style="color: black;">Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.</span></p> <p style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="color: black;"><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span style="color: black;">Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales management role, ideally working with independent sales representatives.</span></p> <p style="margin-left: .25in;"><span
