This is a fully remote position scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The Referral Care Coordinator facilitates timely, high-quality care for injured workers by coordinating Paradigm Specialty Network referrals. This role serves as a key liaison between injured workers, clients, and providers—managing appointment follow-up, obtaining medical documentation, and providing clear status updates to support service level expectations. The ideal candidate delivers excellent customer service, communicates confidently by phone and email, and demonstrates strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and follow-through. Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Provide exceptional customer service communicating via phone and email communications with clients, providers, and injured workers.</li> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Act as a liaison between our clients, providers, and injured workers.</li> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Follow a consistent process for the coordination of care ensuring client service level agreements are met.</li> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Work closely with the providers to obtain information related to the injured workers care, i.e., attendance, future appointments, medical notes from visits or operative report from surgery.</li> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Reschedule missed appointments.</li> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Provide client with timely information, reporting, and status updates.</li> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Work closely with interdepartmental operations staff to effectively manage referrals i.e., escalate delays in care or timely medical reporting.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Excellent customer service skills.</li> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Experience working in a Medical Office setting a plus.</li> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Excellent oral and written communication skills and phone presence.</li> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Ability to work independently.</li> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Acute attention to detail.</li> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Proficient in all Microsoft Office and computer application systems</li> </ul>Paradigm Benefits: <ul> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Health and wellness– We want our people to be and stay healthy, so we offer PPO, HDHP, and HMO health insurance options with Cigna and Kaiser (CA employees only).</li> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Financial incentives – Paradigm’s financial benefits help prepare you for the future: competitive salaries, 401(k) matching contributions, employer-paid life and disability insurance, flexible spending and commuter accounts, and employer-matched HSA contributions.</li> <li style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Vacation - We believe strongly that work-life balance is good for you and for our company.
