About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Seattle, 98101. In this role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing for prospects, and supporting candidates through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers
- Carrying requisitions from start to finish
- Sourcing for prospects
- Supporting candidates through the hiring process to offer acceptance
- Working with the internal recruitment team to source and recruit for various roles such as Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment
- Strong experience working with Boolean search strings
- Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of job boards
- Experience working with an internal ATS
- Ability to connect with candidates and build relationships for open roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter attitude with drive to be successful
- Previous experience recruiting in a professional environment with communication skills for internal and external executives
- Experience managing a large volume of open requisitions across multiple executive level stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- History of recruiting for roles in the engineering space: Electrical, Systems, Software, Manufacturing, or Industrial
- Professional experience in aviation/aerospace
- Experience working on roles requiring a security clearance
- Prior experience with Workday and/or Avature
- Prior experience in an RPO

Wichita, KS ( fully onsite )
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual hourly rate for this position is between $40.00 - $45.00 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
