About the Role
Pelican Realty & Co. is growing and welcoming licensed Florida real estate agents who want more than a logo to hang their license under. As a Pelican Agent, you'll build your own book of business with the freedom of a true independent contractor, backed by a brokerage that actually shows up for you.Whether you're new to the industry or a seasoned producer, this is a full-cycle real estate sales role with a transparent, performance-based compensation structure designed to reward production, not punish it.

What You'll Do
Sales & Client Acquisition- Prospect, list, and represent buyers and sellers
- Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and integrity
- Represent the Pelican brand with professionalism in every interaction
- Manage listings, showings, offers, negotiations, and closings
- Coordinate with the brokerage on compliance and transaction oversight
- Deliver an excellent client experience from first contact through closing
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team development
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, service, and excellence
- Resetting Cap Commission Structure. Once you cap, you don't go back. Caps reset to $0 each calendar year so you keep earning at your highest tier.
- Two Compensation Models to choose from: Split Model or Flat-Fee Model. Details reviewed during the interview.
