Product Manager, Support Experience
Description:
- Improve the outcomes of Stripe’s user-facing AI agent across 100k+ weekly conversations.
- Identify customer problems and build solutions that make the conversational AI agent as effective as Stripe’s best human agents.
- Define the UX for conversational AI by determining the core primitives needed for strong hybrid UI and conversation experiences.
- Build, ship, and iterate on AI skills, prompts, evals, tools, and related agent capabilities.
- Create continuous improvement loops that turn problems into scaled AI solutions.
- Redefine how quality is measured for agentic conversations.
- Partner with the Conversation UX and Platform teams to unlock new capabilities for the AI agent.
- Help build the systems that enable other teams at Stripe to create AI capabilities as well.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience.
- Experience leading cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Technical expertise from leading technical products and/or a background in computer science or a similar field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Relentlessly user-focused, comfortable working in ambiguity, and motivated to create something new.
