font-size: 12pt;">Interview subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather process requirements and identify improvement opportunities.</span></li><li data-section-id="194hqp4" data-start="646" data-end="752"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and analytical documentation using tools such as Visio and Miro.</span></li><li data-section-id="18up364" data-start="754" data-end="852"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Interpret operational and process data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.</span></li><li data-section-id="1httsim" data-start="854" data-end="964"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support automation and robotics process improvement initiatives by developing business case recommendations.</span></li><li data-section-id="m6dbdj" data-start="966" data-end="1054"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership and stakeholders.</span></li><li data-section-id="xtsvao" data-start="1056" data-end="1146"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Required Skills & Experience:</span></h3><ul data-start="1286" data-end="1806"><li data-section-id="m30pkc" data-start="1286" data-end="1389"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, operations, or continuous improvement.</span></li><li data-section-id="8q7v90" data-start="1391" data-end="1454"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</span></li><li data-section-id="ltlke7" data-start="1456" data-end="1556"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with process mapping and diagramming tools including Miro, Visio, or similar platforms.</span></li><li data-section-id="1ekir4b" data-start="1558" data-end="1635"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis techniques.</span></li><li data-section-id="9odde5" data-start="1637" data-end="1719"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and senior leadership.</span></li><li data-section-id="e21tze" data-start="1721" data-end="1806"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or process improvement methodologies.</span></li><li data-section-id="1klt10b" data-start="1922" data-end="1995"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to automation or robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives.</span></li><li data-section-id="1hagfeo" data-start="1997" data-end="2061"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;" data-start="4090" data-end="4225"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif;
