Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Lead program, portfolio, and project management across complex technology initiatives.
  • Own intake, demand management, prioritization, and alignment to strategic objectives.
  • Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies to drive predictable, high‑quality delivery.
  • Provide technical and delivery leadership across cross‑functional engineering teams.
  • Drive technology transformation initiatives, including large‑scale cloud adoption.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, roadmaps, and operating models.
  • Design and optimize processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and delivery outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and manage delivery, operational, and technology risks.
  • Ensure operational excellence through governance, metrics, and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Experience operating in regulated, enterprise environments preferred.
  • Extensive track record in delivering complex and large-scale cloud programs in AWS and GCP
  • Can collaborate across organizations, manage stakeholder expertise and expectation
  • Technically enough to validate and govern engineering output and focus
  • Agile expert, focused on flow of work and engineer productivity
  • Execution focused, skilled in kanban, scrum, able to run standups, retros and grooming of work
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
  • 8+ years of professional software engineering
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management, decision facilitation, and executive communication skills
  • Has actively managed multiple engineering teams, value streams driving overall governance and portfolio management


Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year
