PGIM Fixed Income: Sr. Investment Analyst – Securitized Products (Hybrid/Newark, NJ)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our portfolio and work closely with our investment team. We are seeking a candidate who is driven, detail-oriented, and has a proven track record in the fixed income market. Conduct thorough and comprehensive analysis of securitized products, including mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, and commercial mortgage-backed securities. Monitor and evaluate market trends and economic conditions that may impact fixed income investments. Collaborate with the investment team to develop investment strategies and make recommendations for portfolio changes. Utilize financial models and tools to analyze potential investment opportunities and assess risk. Prepare and present investment reports and presentations to senior management and clients. Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including reviewing legal documents and financial statements. Monitor and review performance of existing investments and make recommendations for adjustments as needed. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations related to securitized products. Maintain accurate and organized records of all investment decisions and activity. Mentor and provide guidance to junior investment analysts on the team. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and rating agencies. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards. Continuously evaluate and improve investment processes and strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk. Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient investment operations.
