Develop and implement innovative investment strategies for the Securitized Products Group. Collaborate with team members to analyze and evaluate potential investments and make recommendations based on quantitative analysis. Monitor and track market trends, economic indicators, and real estate data to inform investment decisions. Utilize statistical models and data analysis tools to evaluate risk and return profiles of potential investments. Continuously improve and refine existing investment strategies through quantitative analysis. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and new investment opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with external data providers to access relevant and reliable data. Contribute to the development of new investment products and strategies. Collaborate with other teams within PGIM Real Estate to share insights and best practices.
