Personal Injury - Team Training

<p>This is a remote position.</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Team Trainer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced world of personal injury law firms and has a passion for developing high-performing case management teams.<br></p> <p>The Team Trainer will be responsible for onboarding new hires, improving staff performance, maintaining training systems, and ensuring consistency in client care and case handling across the firm.<br></p> Key Responsibilities<br> <ul> <li><p>Train and onboard new staff members (case managers, legal assistants, medical records staff, etc.)<br></p></li> <li><p>Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and workflow guides<br></p></li> <li><p>Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance check-ins<br></p></li> <li><p>Ensure team compliance with firm processes, deadlines, and client communication standards<br></p></li> <li><p>Support staff with Case Management Software training (Casepeer experience preferred)<br></p></li> <li><p>Collaborate with leadership to identify gaps and improve operational efficiency<br></p></li> <li><p>Lead refresher trainings and continuing education for existing team members<br></p></li> <li><p>Monitor quality control in file handling, documentation, and injury treatment tracking<br></p></li> </ul> <br> <h3>What We Offer<br></h3> <ul> <li><p>Competitive salary based on experience<br></p></li> <li><p>Opportunity to shape training systems in a growing PI based business<br></p></li> <li><p>Supportive leadership and collaborative culture<br></p></li> <li><p>Remote flexibility<br></p></li> <li><p>Meaningful work helping teams deliver excellent client care<br></p></li> </ul> <br> <br> <h3>Requirements</h3> <h3>Qualifications<br></h3> <ul> <li><p>3+ years of experience in personal injury law (case management or similar role)<br></p></li> <li><p>Prior experience training or mentoring legal staff strongly preferred<br></p></li> <li><p>Deep understanding of PI case flow: intake through settlement<br></p></li> <li><p>Strong communication and leadership skills<br></p></li> <li><p>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training priorities<br></p></li> <li><p>Comfortable with technology and case management platforms<br></p></li> <li><p>Passion for building confident, capable teams<br></p></li> </ul> <br> <br>
