As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in the design and release of new printed circuit boards.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Employment is subject to the ability to obtain a U.S. export license.</u></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Design and layout multi-layer PCBs (typically 6-12+ layers) for embedded systems</p><p>· Collaborate with hardware engineers to translate schematics into robust layouts</p><p>· Optimize designs for signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability</p><p>· Handle high-speed interfaces (e.g., DDR, USB, Ethernet, LVDS, MIPI, etc.)</p><p>· Work through DFM/DFA reviews with manufacturing stakeholders</p><p>· Prepare fabrication and assembly documentation (fab drawings, stackups, notes)</p><p>· Interface with PCB manufacturers to resolve Technical Questions (TQ’s)</p><p>· Contribute to design standards and continuous improvement</p><p>Requirements</p><p>Bachelor’s of Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology preferred</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Preferred 5+ years of PCB design, although less experience will be considered if the right fit.</li><li>Strong experience with tools such as Altium, Cadence Allegro, KiCad</li><li>Experience with High Speed Digital Designs.</li><li>Solid understanding of Controlled Impedance Routing, Stack-Up Design, and EMI/EMC routing technique.</li><li>Experience with Multi-Layer Boards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
