Part-Time Studio Photographer

Job Overview

We're looking for a photographer who makes people feel at ease the moment they walk in. Someone confident behind the camera, warm with clients, and confident with studio lighting and natural light shooting. This is a part-time, as-needed role built around flexibility — ideal if you already love what you do and want steady, meaningful work to go with it.

What you'll do

• Photograph clients in a professional studio setting using our established lighting setups and brand style.
• Coach clients through poses and help them feel confident and comfortable on camera
• Edit images in Lightroom — clean, natural retouching, exposure, color, and cropping
• Organize and upload files using our internal systems and naming conventions
• Keep the studio tidy and gear ready between sessions
• Manage session setup, teardown, and occasionally light front-desk tasks

Who we're looking for

• Proficient with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and studio lighting
• Naturally warm, people-first personality — clients gravitate toward you
• Solid Lightroom skills; Photoshop is a plus
• Reliable and available on short notice — you live close by
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced day
• Open to learning and matching our specific style and workflow
