This position offers flexibility of remote work and a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.</p><p>Our nationally recognized firm is dedicated to excellence in subrogation litigation, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced paralegal to assist in managing a high-volume caseload alongside our attorneys.</p><p><b>Ideal Candidate Profile:</b></p><p>We seek a seasoned paralegal with a strong background in construction and/or insurance defense who thrives in a high-profile, fast-paced legal practice. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational, analytical, and case management skills, with the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. This individual will play a critical role in case preparation, investigation, and litigation support.</p><p>Candidates should possess a minimum of five years' experience in insurance defense and case management.
