Outbound Call Center Representative

As a full-time Outbound Call Center Representative working remotely, the candidate will make approximately 50 outbound calls per hour to offer and schedule free healthcare evaluations, while meeting departmental goals for productivity and customer service. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to explain and schedule healthcare evaluations, adhering to approved scripts Meet daily performance metrics including call volume and appointment setting targets Handle appointment adjustments and report member complaints to management as necessary Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required Experience in a metrics-driven outbound call center environment preferred Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule and maintain professionalism in communication
