What started in Pittsburgh has grown into a multi-channel business spanning e-commerce and retail, with a focus on building a brand that feels timeless, durable, and intentional.</p><p>We’re entering our next phase of growth — expanding beyond our roots into a broader, national audience — and we’re looking for someone to help us do that through influencer, seeding, and strategic partnerships.</p><p><br></p><p>We’re hiring an <strong>Organic Marketing Manager</strong> to own and scale one of our most important growth channels. Not just sending product. Not just chasing reach, but building relationships that actually move the brand.</p><p><br></p><h3>What You’ll Own</h3><p>You’ll take this from a function to a system:</p><ul><li>Build a network of creators who fit the brand, not just in look, but in mindset </li><li>Run product seeding with intention and consistency </li><li>Turn one-off sends into ongoing partnerships </li><li>Develop collaborations that make sense for the brand and actually perform </li><li>Ensure content doesn’t stop at posting, that it extend it into ads, email, and site </li></ul><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Source and onboard creators across micro to mid tiers </li><li>Manage outreach, communication, and long-term relationships </li><li>Execute weekly seeding with clear targets and follow-through </li><li>Drive consistent, usable content from partners </li><li>Identify and build brand partnerships (creators, brands, businesses) </li><li>Lead collaborations from idea to execution to launch </li><li>Turn creators into repeat partners, not one-time posts </li></ul><h3>What Matters</h3><ul><li>Taste. You don’t wait to be told what to do </li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>2–5+ years influencer and partnerships experience, preferably in apparel</li><li>Demonstrated experience improving organic social metrics</li><li>Highly organized and KPI-driven</li><li>Confident communicator who leads with clarity and accountability</li></ul>
