JOB SUMMARY: A Lead Technical Consultant at Argano is a senior member of the Technical Consulting team with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM solutions delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). This role is responsible for leading and managing mid to large-scale enterprise transformation programs leveraging Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP/SCM) and associated Platform services. This individual provides technical leadership across the entire solution lifecycle, including integration architecture, SaaS extension strategy, data architecture, and enterprise integrations. The Lead Technical Consultant plays a key role in designing and delivering cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven solutions using Oracle technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OCI services, and Fusion extensibility frameworks. The role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud SaaS integrations, data flows, reporting, and extensibility, along with the ability to guide clients through continuous innovation in Oracle’s quarterly SaaS release model. RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul> <li>Lead and manage mid to large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM implementation and integration projects. </li> <li>Provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCM) initiatives. </li> <li>Design and deliver cloud-native architectures aligned with Oracle SaaS best practices and standards (adopt-over-customize). </li> <li>Lead solution design for: <ul> <li>Integrations (REST APIs, events, FBDI, BICC, OIC)</li> <li>Data migration and reconciliation</li> <li>Reporting and analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI where applicable)</li> </ul></li> <li>Architect and implement SaaS extensions using PaaS/OCI services, ensuring upgrade-safe designs aligned with Oracle’s quarterly cloud updates. </li> <li>Define and enforce integration strategy using API-first and event-driven architecture principles. </li> <li>Develop and oversee proof-of-concepts, accelerators, and reusable integration frameworks. </li> <li>Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, performance, security, and compliance. </li> <li>Lead technical governance to ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and release management practices. </li> <li>Support continuous innovation adoption, including Redwood UX, AI-driven features, and new capabilities introduced through quarterly releases. </li> <li>Collaborate with functional and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. </li> <li>Mentor and coach technical consultants and developers across Oracle Cloud technologies. </li> <li>Stay current with emerging Oracle Cloud capabilities, including: <ul> <li>Embedded AI/GenAI features in ERP/SCM</li> <li>Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)</li> <li>OCI-native services and integrations</li> </ul></li> <li>Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to business and executive stakeholders. </li> <li>Participate in solutioning, pre-sales support, and technology roadmap development aligned with Argano’s strategy.</li> </ul> MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.</li> <li>Relevant coursework or certifications in programming or software development.</li> <li>Master’s degree or PhD in computer science or software engineering preferred.</li> </ul> EXPERIENCE: <ul> <li>8+ years of experience delivering Oracle ERP solutions, with strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM SaaS.</li> <li>5 - 10 years of technical consultant experience for IT companies or in related field.</li> <li>Proven experience in multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (ERP and/or SCM).</li> </ul> TECHNICAL SKILLS (UPDATED TO MODERN FUSION STACK): Oracle SaaS (Core) <ul> <li>Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM modules (Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning)</li> </ul> Integration & Architecture <ul> <li>Strong experience with: <ul> <li>Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)</li> <li>REST/SOAP Web Services</li> <li>Event-based integrations</li> <li>FBDI, BICC data frameworks</li> </ul></li> <li>Experience designing API-first and event-driven integration architectures</li> <li>Knowledge of integration patterns for real-time, asynchronous, and batch processing</li> </ul> Extensibility & Platform <ul> <li>Experience extending Oracle SaaS using: <ul> <li>OCI services</li> <li>Visual Builder / low-code tools</li> <li>PaaS capabilities</li> </ul></li> <li>Understanding of upgrade-safe customization and extension strategies</li> </ul> Data & Reporting <ul> <li>Experience with: <ul> <li>BI Publisher</li> <li>OTBI</li> <li>Financial Reporting Studio (FRS)</li> </ul></li> <li>Exposure to Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) is a plus</li> </ul> Security & Identity <ul> <li>Experience with Oracle Cloud security model, roles, and data access controls</li> <li>Familiarity with identity integration (IDCS, SSO, Active Directory)</li> </ul> Development & Tools <ul> <li>Experience with modern integration and scripting technologies</li> <li>Knowledge of database concepts and Oracle Cloud data structures</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices for cloud delivery</li> </ul> Additional Requirements <ul> <li>Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud SaaS release cycles and release management processes </li> <li>Experience with global implementations and multi-entity deployments </li> <li>Proven leadership in managing distributed delivery teams </li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills </li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment</li> </ul> Argano is the first of its kind: a digital consultancy totally immersed in high-performance operations.
