<p>Job Title: Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant</p><p>Location: Washington, D.C. (Hybrid) | Open to travel few days to D.C., expenses covered</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Must Have:</strong></p><p><strong>1. Public Sector: 3-4 projects experience in the U.S.A.</strong></p><p><strong>2. Oracle Cloud/Fusion Finance implementations projects in the Public Sector.</strong></p><p><strong>3. Project and Grants experience in the Public Sector.</strong></p><p><strong>4. SI side, not client side</strong></p><p>Overview</p><p>We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant to lead full lifecycle</p><p>implementations for complex Oracle ERP projects within the public sector. This role requires deep functional</p><p>expertise across Oracle Financials Cloud modules, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience</p><p>delivering large-scale ERP transformations.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>● Lead functional workstreams across full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, from</p><p>initiation through post-go-live support.</p><p>● Conduct fit-gap analysis and drive business process design aligned with client requirements.</p><p>● Manage all phases of ERP deployment, including requirements gathering, system configuration,</p><p>testing, user training, and cutover activities.</p><p>● Develop, document, and maintain Configuration Workbooks (CWB) and functional design</p><p>documentation.</p><p>● Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integrations with</p><p>third-party applications.</p><p>● Oversee and support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation, as well as interface design</p><p>and deployment across modules.</p><p>● Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring best practices and optimal system utilization.</p><p>Required Qualifications</p><p>● 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations.</p><p>● 8+ years leading Oracle Cloud Finance projects and functional teams.</p><p>● Strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud modules, including:</p><p>○ General Ledger (GL)</p><p>○ Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)</p><p>○ Accounts Payable (AP)</p><p>○ Accounts Receivable (AR)</p><p>○ Procurement (PO)</p><p>○ Fixed Assets (FA)</p><p>○ Financial Analytics</p><p>● Proven experience with data conversion and system integrations/interfaces.</p><p>● Hands-on experience with Projects and Grants Accounting.</p>
