About the Role:
As an Open Enrollment Presenter for our client's benefits team, you’ll play a key role in educating employees about their benefit options during Open Enrollment season. You’ll lead both virtual and in-person events—like webinars, benefit fairs, and company meetings—sharing helpful information about tax-advantaged benefits including FSAs, HSAs, HRAs, Commuter Benefits, and LSAs.You’ll receive paid training, use provided materials and equipment, and have the opportunity to make a real impact—all while enjoying a flexible, part-time schedule.
What to Expect:
- Seasonal role : Typically runs ASAP through July each year, with the busiest months being September to November
- Part-time hours : Sporadic, on-call work averaging 10–15 hours per week during peak season (up to ~40 hours/month)
- Event types : Webinars, benefit fairs, wellness events, and company meetings
- Format : Both virtual and in-person (some travel required)
- Present benefits information using provided slide decks and talking points
- Answer employee questions in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
- Set up and staff booths or tables at in-person events (materials and equipment provided)
- Travel to client locations as needed (travel time is paid, expenses reimbursed)
- 2–3 hours of training on benefits, mobile apps, and event setup
- Shadow a current presenter at a live event to get comfortable
- Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking to groups
- Comfortable with Q&A and learning new tools or software
- Well-spoken and professional
- Able to work independently and adapt on the fly

Pay: $25/hour (includes paid travel time!)
