If so, we encourage you to apply.</p><p>Low T Center, a leading provider of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, is seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) as part of our planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapidly growing remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, utilizing proprietary treatment protocols and programs that transform patients’ lives.</p><p>Mid-Level Providers work in collaboration with a physician medical director and the Center Director to deliver high-quality care to patients receiving hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, including the management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, and low libido.</p><hr /><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li><p>Active DEA license <em>(Required)</em></p></li><li><p>Active Missouri NP or PA license in good standing (undisciplined and unencumbered) <em>(Required)</em></p></li><li><p>Current Controlled Substance License <em>(Required)</em></p></li><li>Availability to work two Saturdays per month (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) and a minimum of two weekdays per week. <em>(Required)</em><ul><li>For months with five Saturdays, three Saturdays per month. </li></ul></li><li><p>Ability to complete a two-week training program, Monday through Friday, during standard clinical hours. <em>(Required)</em></p></li></ul><hr /><strong>Compensation</strong><ul><li><p>$65 per hour for training and weekday shifts</p></li><li><p>$400 per Saturday shift (4 hours only)</p></li></ul><p>We provide two full weeks of paid training!
