The role, which is highly visible, requires effective communication, both internally and externally, with the executive team, property sellers, brokers, and service providers. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working in a collegial, team environment with minimal day-to-day oversight.</span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Assist in reviewing offering memoranda and other seller-provided materials such as income statements, balance sheets, and research and analysis that will be included in presentations to support real estate investment decisions.</span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Assist in property-level due diligence, including lease review/abstraction, rent roll review, loan document analysis, and coordinating title, survey, and third-party reports.</span></span></li><li style="margin-right:50px;margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Perform market-level due diligence, including sale comps, lease comps, and investment trends.</span></span></li><li style="margin-right:50px;margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">A bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance and/or accounting a plus.</span></span></li><li style="text-align:justify;margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span Roman', serif;">2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance and/or acquisitions. </span></span></li><li style="text-align:justify;margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;">Comfort and proficiency in underwriting and <b>analyzing multifamily/apartments/ affordable housing</b> real estate
