Meta Freelance Digital Marketing Position

Job Description:

As a Meta / Facebook Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns on Meta. Looking for long-term partnership. Your role will focus on leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI, refine targeting strategies, and scale ad spend effectively. Will not be client facing. This is a remote position with a flat monthly pay structure. Must be able to take direction if needed, have fast communication, detail oriented, and, have analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage Facebook ad campaigns from inception to execution, including audience segmentation, creative development, and A/B testing.

- Monitor and optimize ad spend to ensure efficient budget allocation and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement strategies to enhance ad relevance and targeting.

- Analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager to generate actionable reports and recommendations.

- Stay updated on Facebook algorithm changes, advertising policies, and industry trends to refine strategies.

-Identify opportunities for retargeting, lookalike audiences, and pixel-based tracking to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (3+ years) in Facebook advertising, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills are required.

- Deep knowledge of ad spend optimization, keyword bidding, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to present data insights clearly.
