Medical Inbound Specialist | Work from Home (Pooling)

<p><strong>Salary: </strong>PHP 30,000- PHP 35,000/ month</p> <p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <ul><li>Manage incoming calls from patient, healthcare customers and service providers</li><li>Deliver accurate information and support regarding healthcare policies and procedures.</li><li>Address patient concerns, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure a satisfactory outcome.</li><li>Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and transactions.</li><li>Adhere to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex matters efficiently.</li></ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul><li>Consultancy role with a minimum 6-month contract</li><li>At least 1-2 year of customer service, call center, or healthcare related experience preferred.</li><li>Basic understanding of medical billing, insurance claims, and healthcare terminology</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent time management skills are essential.</li><li>Must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.</li><li>Proficient data entry skills, with a typing speed of 40 WPM or faster, are required.</li><li>Must demonstrate the ability to work with and protect confidential information.</li><li>Able to work from home with reliable internet and a backup connection.</li></ul> <p><strong>Others:</strong></p> <ul><li>Equipment/ company computer is provided</li><li>Work from Home</li></ul>
