We combine strategic expertise, data-driven insights, and creative innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients.</p> <p>Podean is seeking an <strong>Associate Media Manager</strong> with deep experience across Amazon and Mercado Libre to lead marketplace media strategy, execution, and performance. This role demands expertise in managing sophisticated and complex campaigns and a passion for guiding clients and team members to success. As the go-to marketplace media expert, you will unlock opportunities for growth, innovation, and excellence while leading the day-to-day management of marketplace campaigns.</p> <p><strong><br>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul><li>Engage in daily communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and success across campaigns.</li><li>Translate client objectives into campaign strategies and tactics, unlocking value and efficiency in campaign execution.</li><li>Developing and implementing media strategies to support client goals.</li><li>Manage the day-to-day activities of the junior media team members, including assigning projects, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality standards are met.</li><li>Managing budgets and making recommendations for allocation of funds.</li><li>Analyze results and deliver actionable insights to clients.</li><li>Apply analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns and maximize performance.</li><li>Provide proactive coaching, task management, and timeline requirements to specialists, fostering growth and functional expertise.</li><li>Take ownership of performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to support team development.<br><br></li></ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul><li>2–3+ years of paid search or media buying experience, ideally within an agency setting</li><li>Experience with Mercado Libre, Walmart, and Amazon</li><li>Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to lead conversations, build relationships, and inspire confidence</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering actionable insights and measurable results</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart creation; familiarity with macros is a plus)</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Resume and application must be submitted <strong>in English</strong> — strong written English communication is essential for this role<br><br></li></ul> <p><strong>Why Join Podean? </strong></p> <p>Podean is proud to be recognized as one of <em>Digiday’s Best Employers for Remote Employees</em>.
