Marketing Coordinator - Miami Beach (Part-Time)

We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated <strong>Marketing Coordinator</strong> to join our team and help bring the Monarch brand to life at our South Beach location.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As a part-time Marketing Coordinator at Monarch Athletic Club, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting brand-building, content, events, and partnerships across digital and in-person touchpoints. You will work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing, the broader marketing team, and on-site club staff in our state-of-the-art facilities to deliver a cohesive and member-centric brand experience. You will also serve as the dedicated marketing liaison for the Rivani building community. This is a part-time, hybrid role with meaningful in-club presence at our South Beach location.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain the Miami social media content calendar across all relevant platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity.</li><li>Coordinate club events from concept through execution, including member experiences, partner activations, and community programming.</li><li>Write engaging copy for social posts, emails, signage, blog content, and member communications.</li><li>Produce light design assets using Canva (or similar tools) for social, print, and in-club use.</li><li>Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, brands, and tastemakers in the South Beach community.</li><li>Serve as the marketing liaison for the Rivani building, supporting resident engagement and tailored programming.</li><li>Plan and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, event invites, and member-focused communications.</li><li>Maintain working knowledge of the club's CRM and booking systems to support marketing workflows, reporting, and member communications.</li><li>Manage scheduling for content, events, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>1–2 years of marketing, communications, or related experience (internships count).</li><li>Strong writing skills with an eye for tone, voice, and storytelling.</li><li>Comfortable designing in Canva and producing on-brand visual content.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic CRM concepts.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and brand-minded approach.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment and work independently as a self-starter.</li><li>Based in or near Miami with the ability to be on-site at the South Beach club regularly.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Passion for fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.</li><li>Experience supporting community-based or membership-driven brands.</li><li>Familiarity with event production or partnership marketing.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>Monarch Athletic Club is proud to provide a supportive, innovative, and rewarding work environment.
