Marketing Business Analyst

Working remotely, the full-time Marketing Business Analyst will partner with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize Salesforce usage, refine lead scoring models, and create metrics reports that drive data-driven insights and improve campaign performance. Key responsibilities Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness Proactively explore data to identify trends and develop robust KPIs for marketing performance monitoring Present analysis and findings to stakeholders and consult on scalable processes for campaign and lead management Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in analytical roles within B2B and/or B2C environments Strong expertise in Salesforce and ability to independently build reports and derive insights Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot Advanced skills in Power BI for high-level analytical tasks Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
