Manager of Estate Analysts

Manage and lead a team of Estate Analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to clients. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and increase efficiency. Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in estate planning and management. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Estate Analysts team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for client needs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to estate planning and management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives and goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Act as a point of escalation for any complex or sensitive client issues. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the Estate Analysts team.
