This role owns the performance and scalability of the organization’s external data ecosystem, including vendor operations, carrier relationships, and data exchange processes.This position leads major integration-related initiatives and cross-functional efforts to enhance the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of data operations. The role is responsible for establishing structured processes, performance expectations, and accountability frameworks across external partners.In addition, this role designs and implements scalable approaches to partner communication, data tracking, and issue resolution—leveraging automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and support long-term growth.
