Manager, Americas Commercial Performance - Franchise (Remote Opportunity)

Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Manager to join our franchise commercial team, collaborating closely with the broader franchise and commercial teams to drive performance in Hyatt’s franchise hotels across Full Service and Select Service brands.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the same field, industry, or other equivalent business/ function role.
• Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, sales strategy, and distribution.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L statements and ownership return metrics.
• Experience presenting to ownership groups or executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
