The ideal candidate is a master communicator who can seamlessly transition from high-impact classroom presentations to personalized one-on-one counselling. You will be the face of FLAME, responsible for building a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates through strategic engagement and relentless outbound activity.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><strong>Lead Generation & Conversion:</strong> Execute a rigorous outbound calling strategy to engage with prospective applicants, ensuring a high lead-to-application conversion rate.</li><li><strong>Public Speaking & Presentations:</strong> Conduct engaging physical classroom sessions and virtual webinars at top colleges and coaching institutes across India to pitch the FLAME MBA value proposition.</li><li><strong>Student Counselling:</strong> Act as a dedicated mentor to prospective students and parents, providing deep insights into our curriculum, specializations, and career outcomes.</li><li><strong>Event Participation:</strong> Represent FLAME University at national education fairs, MBA summits, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.</li><li><strong>Relationship Management:</strong> Build and maintain strong partnerships with coaching centres (CAT/XAT/NMAT) and undergraduate colleges.</li><li><strong>Data-Driven Outreach:</strong> Track and analyse outreach performance metrics using CRM tools to optimize the admission funnel.</li></ul><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 7 to 10 years of proven experience in Admissions Outreach, specifically within the <strong>Higher Education/MBA</strong> sector.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable addressing large audiences both in-person and via digital platforms.</li></ul>
