- Monday - Friday clinic schedule split between two locations
- 1 - 2 nights call per week plus weekend call monthly
- General urology clinic-based practice
- Alternating 2-week rotation blocks with current provider
- Minimum 6-month commitment with 12 months preferred
- Must be credentialed through CHG
- Clean malpractice history required
- Minnesota and Wisconsin medical licenses required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
