What You'll Need

  • Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Otolaryngology
  • Valid PA license or IMLC licensing authorization
  • DEA license
  • Strong surgical and on-call skills
  • Excellent communication and patient management abilities
  • Ability to handle a diverse patient demographic from infants to seniors
Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting
  • Advanced procedures or subspecialty training in ENT
  • Bilingual skills to serve a diverse patient population
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Successful completion of residency in Otolaryngology
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to participate in 24-hour call rotations
  • Ability to work nights (5x8-Hour Night Shifts from 19:00 to 07:00)
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare regulations
Compensation for this vital role is highly competitive, with an hourly pay rate of $3,030.11.
