• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1:4 weekly hospital call (Friday 7:30 AM - Friday 7:30 AM). Rounding 1-2 hours daily Monday-Sunday with weekday afternoon rounding 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Clinic weekday call shared for add-on consults and supervising chemo patients.
• Job Setting: Hospital- Trauma Level 2
• Credentialing: Estimated 60 days.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible minimum
• Licensure: Wisconsin state license or IMLC.
