Who You Are You are an experienced engineer who thrives in complex, mission-driven environments. You are motivated by solving challenging technical problems and contributing to systems that have real-world impact.
You bring strong technical fundamentals, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to be part of a team delivering next-generation defense capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional engineering experience
- Ability to apply MATLAB and/or Python as analytical tools for evaluation, modeling, simulation, and/or prototyping
Knowledge of Aegis Combat System (ACS) or Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS)
Experience with systems integration and test, including Navy ship testing methodologies, sequence, milestones, and lifecycle processes
Working knowledge of Unix and/or Linux operating systems
Experience with continuous integration and validation of software and hardware system-level components
Knowledge of Navy shipboard environments, including structure, tasking, communications, relationships, and ship test processes
