Learning Specialist - Claims
To empower employees through impactful training programs, the hybrid Learning Specialist - Claims will manage and deliver engaging training initiatives, design instructional materials, and collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and performance improvement opportunities. Key responsibilities Lead and facilitate various training programs, including classroom sessions and virtual platforms Design and develop high-quality instructional materials and courseware for diverse learning experiences Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, providing data-driven insights for improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in a specialized field 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or a related area Prior Casualty claim handling preferred Experience using AI-driven tools and technologies (strongly preferred) Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) strongly preferred
