As the Lead Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative strategies that engage and activate the Pension Solutions market, including DB, <span style="color: #763e9b;">PRT,</span> OCIO, LDI and Custody Solutions. You will have the opportunity to provide research-based customer insights and marketing guidance, driving the execution of messaging and content initiatives. Consistently demonstrate and share with team a broad understanding of project impacts across audiences, business lines, and strategies.</span></li></ul> <br><h3 class="jdheading"><strong>Who You Are</strong></h3><br><br><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree or equivalent</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">10+ years of related work experience </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Advanced understanding of Pension business, products and industry along with understanding of experience with identified audience</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Must have an advanced level of knowledge of the marketing profession and modern marketing strategies</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong marketing background in Defined Benefit, LDI, OCIO, Custody solutions</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with creative agencies to bring your stories to life</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with enablement, workflow and compliance platforms</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Skilled in writing and telling compelling stories and simplifying technical information</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Both Asset management and Retirement background preferred</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong influence and informal leadership skills, with the ability to bring stakeholders together to deliver a consistent message</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Some travel required, including overnight stays</span></li></ul> <br><h2 class="jdheading"><strong>Salary Range Information</strong></h2><br><br>Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. <br><h3 class="jdheading"><strong>Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)</strong></h3><br><br>$127000 - $171000 / year <br><h3 class="jdheading"><strong>Time Off Program</strong></h3><br><br>Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
