Comet Data & Analytics offers users a unified command center to monitor fulfillment health, stress-test supply chain variables, and optimize order-to-delivery workflows through data-driven precision. <h2 style="margin-top:18.0pt;margin-bottom:4.0pt">What You Will Do</h2> <ul style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px"> <li style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Architectural Leadership: Design and partner with engineering to deliver high-performance tables, dynamic views, and data pipelines within Snowflake, ensuring optimal query performance and scalability for Fulfillment Data Consumers </li> <li style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Strategic Dashboarding: Develop sophisticated, "at-a-glance" visualizations in Looker that translate trends and manufacturing efficiency into actionable insights. </li> <li style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Measure KPIs: Work with customers to align on KPI definitions and implement them so all of Cimpress is speaking a similar language across Fulfillment metrics. </li> <li style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> AI Integration: Leverage Snowflake Cortex to deploy LLM-powered functions or predictive forecasting directly within our data platform and Comet system. </li> <li style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Domain Expertise: Analyze complex data to optimize fulfillment metrics, propose changes to our planning strategies, or help our fulfillment centers run more optimally. </li> <li style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a consultant to Product Management, Customer, and other Cimpress teams, transforming vague business questions into rigorous analytical frameworks. </li> <li style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and code reviews for junior analysts, championing SQL best practices and "clean code" data modeling. </li> </ul> <h2 style="margin-top:18.0pt;margin-bottom:4.0pt">Your Qualifications</h2> At Cimpress, we are striving to hire individuals who add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture. In alignment with our compensation philosophy, the target hiring range is based on total cash compensation across our multiple U.S. pay zones. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as location, education, training, and experience.
