Lead AI Data Scientist

Seeking a full-time salaried Lead AI Data Scientist to define and implement Trustwell's AI strategy remotely, focusing on operationalizing AI capabilities, establishing governance practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product value and efficiency. Key responsibilities Define and execute the applied AI strategy across product, engineering, data, and internal operations Lead implementation of AI capabilities that are practical, measurable, and aligned with business outcomes Establish AI governance practices, including usage policies and ongoing monitoring Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related technical fields with a focus on applied AI initiatives Direct experience establishing AI governance and evaluation processes within an organization Hands-on experience implementing AI or machine learning capabilities in production environments Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs and agentic workflows Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
