We are seeking a Knowledge Mobilization Specialist to strengthen the impact of Community Support Services across Eastern Ontario. In this role, you will act as a bridge between innovation and practice, working directly with member agencies to enhance their capacity and improve service outcomes for the community. You will lead regional initiatives, facilitate shared learning, and provide the tools and training necessary for our sector to evolve and excel.
