Junior People Partner

In this role, curiosity, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are just as important as prior experience. </p> <p><strong><strong>What </strong>you’ll do: </strong></p> <ul><li>Support the employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation tracking, performance reviews, and offboarding </li><li>Maintain HR documentation and employee data accuracy </li><li>Assist with implementation and improvement of HR processes and policies </li><li>Provide first-level support to employees on HR-related questions </li><li>Support managers in team engagement, performance tracking, and employee experience </li><li>Help coordinate performance and feedback cycles </li><li>Collect and analyze basic HR data (surveys, engagement metrics) </li><li>Support internal communications, including announcements, content creation, and maintaining internal channels </li><li>Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including events, presentations, and experience & recognition programs </li></ul> <p><strong><strong>What </strong>we’re looking for: </strong></p> <ul><li>6+ month of experience in HR or people-related roles like Junior HR Manager, Recruiter, Sourcer etc. </li><li>Basic understanding of HR processes. </li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office </li><li>Experience in organizing and managing engagement activities will be considered a plus </li><li>Interest in HR and people development </li><li>Upper-intermediate or higher English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken) </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Proactive mindset and willingness to learn </li><li>Good organizational and analytical skills </li><li>Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field will be considered a plus </li><li>HR-related certifications or courses will be considered a plus </li></ul> <p><strong>Why this role is great for juniors:</strong> </p> <ul><li>You will gain exposure to end-to-end HR processes </li><li>You will develop both soft skills (communication, coaching) and analytical skills (data, reporting) </li><li>You’ll have the chance to contribute ideas and grow in a supportive environment </li><li>You’ll work closely with experienced HR and business leaders </li></ul> <p><strong>We offer:</strong></p> <ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Career Development opportunities </li><li>Medical insurance after the trial period</li><li>Possibility to work remotely</li><li>Business hours: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 7 pm or 11 am - 8 pm Kyiv time</li><li>English classes</li><li>Corporate training and parties</li><li>Family environment with an extremely friendly team and unlimited support</li></ul>
