This is a junior, hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to grow alongside a creative business.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your primary focus will be <strong>graphic design</strong>, supporting visual content across marketing, social media, and client-facing materials. In addition, you’ll assist with <strong>influencer outreach</strong>, light administrative tasks, and occasional support with sales or partnership-related activities. This role is perfect for a highly organized, proactive individual with a startup mindset who enjoys creative work, learning new skills, and contributing wherever needed.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a fun, fast-paced environment centered around photography, creativity, and building a brand - so curiosity, energy, and flexibility are key.<br></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create engaging graphic designs for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital assets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support visual content needs for photography-related projects and promotions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist with influencer outreach, including researching creators, sending outreach messages, and tracking responses</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain basic outreach and contact lists, follow-ups, and status updates</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Handle ad hoc virtual assistant and administrative tasks as needed (e.g., scheduling, organization, simple research)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support basic sales or partnership activities, such as preparing materials or assisting with follow-ups</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help keep digital files, assets, and workflows organized</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with the founder and team to support day-to-day business needs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bring creative ideas and contribute to a positive, startup-style working environment</p></li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience (or strong practical experience) in graphic design or visual content creation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency with basic design tools such as <em>Canva</em>, <em>Adobe</em> <em>Photoshop</em>, Illustrator, or similar</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable handling multiple small tasks in a fast-moving startup environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Clear written communication skills and confidence reaching out to influencers or partners</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior remote work experience is <strong>required</strong>, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates must have experience working with US- or UK-based companies - applications without this experience will not be considered</p></li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Interest or background in photography, creative industries, or social media</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exposure to influencer marketing, outreach, or basic sales support</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Startup or small business experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and processes</p></li></ul><h2>Tools & Technology</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Graphic design tools (Figma, <em>Canva</em>, <em>Adobe</em> Creative Suite, or similar)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Outreach and communication tools (email, Slack)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Project or task management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)<br><br>Please NOTE</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">It is <strong>crucial</strong> that you complete the application form in full.
